Welcome to VibeComm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VibeComm platform, communities, courses, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Your Account
You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Community Rules
VibeComm is a community of builders. Be respectful, keep discussions constructive, and do not post spam, harassment, hateful content, or anything unlawful. Community admins may moderate, edit, or remove content and members that violate these rules.
4. Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant VibeComm a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you share.
5. Payments & Memberships
Some communities are free and others require a paid membership. Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a membership at any time from your account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape data at scale, or use it to distribute malware. AI-assisted tools available in the Service must not be used to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or course will produce a particular result.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeComm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
